Ratelle, FSA, MAAA, is a highly credenitaled actuary with over 25 years of industry experience, including many years as an actuarial consultant with a global fortune 100 consulting firm, where she consulted with HMOs, insurance companies, Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans and health care providers on varous aspects of their managed care programs.

Mary is well known for her significant experience in designing and evaluating the impact of health care reform proposals.
